Foundation Legal
A few names - a few logos - but we are 23 years old and going strong.
Founded in 2000 as Paul O'Beirne Commercial Law, we soon changed our name to O'Beirne Law. The Ballarat Property Transfers name was introduced in 2008 to reflect the conveyancing aspect of the business, with "O'Beirne Law" dropped in favour of "Foundation Legal" in 2012.
The firm continues to trade both as Foundation Legal and as Ballarat Property Transfers.
